1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Laundry's services, including our website, mobile application, and physical laundry outlets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Description of Services

AI Laundry provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, and automated washing services. We also offer business partnership opportunities for setting up automated laundry shops equipped with KHQR payment systems across Cambodia.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for checking garment care labels. AI Laundry is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect care instructions on the garment. You must provide accurate information for pick-up and delivery services.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via KHQR, cash, or card. All sales are final. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as service credits.

5. Liability Limitation

While we take maximum care, our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the service fee of that specific item. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items left uncollected for more than 30 days.

6. Business Partners

Partners who purchase our laundry machine packages are subject to additional equipment warranty and maintenance agreements as specified in their individual contracts.
